The Makai Blend’s mission is to turn Hawaiian coffee blends on their heads. It all starts at the foundation: relationships. Our roaster connects with the land, sourcing directly from farmers aligned with their vision and upholding what is pono (Hawaiian for ‘rightness and balance’). Then, they creatively pair coffees together that represent a collective terroir. What results is a modern take on a traditional Hawaiian coffee staple.
